layers / reflections

I took a lot of photos of snow today, but these two taken in a restaurant are my favorite of today’s batch. Layers are fascinating. Why? Do I feel they are a metaphor for complexity – “more will be revealed”? Or do I just like the chaotic, unplanned look?
