mario’s relationship with dogs

My neighbor Mario doesn’t like dogs doing their business in his yard.
Once he made a set of signs.
I only remember one of them. It said “Clean My Shoe.”
He doesn’t even like dogs peeing in his yard.
When we walk our dogs past his house,
he calls out loudly to his invisible dog:
“Here, Freddy, Freddy, come here, Freddy!”
