The navel of the moon
We got back from Mexico on Monday the 19th, but it has been a very sluggish re-entry. We both caught colds – not Covid, but still not feeling 100 percent. We probably overdid our level of activity in Mexico, walking every day for miles, climbing stairs (more on that later), and riding the city bikes in Mexico City. It was just so different there, it has taken some time to absorb and digest. I don’t know why it has taken so long to resume my routines here at home – we haven’t even really done any grocery shopping yet, the fridge is empty.
I do have a few stories to tell here from our trip and lots of photos. For tonight, just checking in. This sign came from an exhibit we saw at the Palacio de Bellas Artes in Mexico City.
Welcome home …
thank you, Tina, happy to be back
Sounds like you had an interesting trip. Just the physical movement alone…wow. I look forward to more stories.
More stories to come. Physical movement/navigation is so demanding! It was a big part of our travel.
