Boat Basket

I finished another fabric coil basket. This one has a title: “Many Winter Mornings.” I got tired of going around and around and was glad to wrap this one up. I like the red strip at the top row. The shape drew in and I didn’t try to restrain it, but it might have been better to try to make the sides more vertical. It serves the purpose, which is to provide a home for threads that I have wound onto long sticks – bobbins and chopsticks.
