Fabric coil basket, velvet and silk

I made this fun fabric coil basket with a baling twine core and silk and velvet scraps. The micro-design decisions are enjoyable. I have a lot of the velveteen in the base and then a rim of the same velveteen. With a tiny triangle of purple cotton calico to finish the coil.
