Germaine Wells, Mardi Gras queen

We heard there was a museum upstairs at Arnaud’s on Bienville Street in New Orleans. The restaurant and bar were closed, but the hostess readily brought us upstairs to take a look. Spectacular costumes from the queenships of Germaine Cazenave Wells, although the mannequins were deteriorating slightly.
