Both sides of the landscape quilt are stitched.
First photo shows the brown/beige interior layer, which is an old quilt top my mom made from corduroy squares. It is worn out and dull-colored, but I think it will make a good batting substitute.
Next step: trim seam allowances and press.
I’ll have to deal with all the unevenness: uneven edges on the ends and the uneven borders on the corduroy layer. Then figure out how to quilt it. Making this up as I go along!
