long stitch binding – prep

This book project uses papers that I bought from the Tibetan paper store in McLeod Ganj, India. I’ve held onto it since summer 2015. Finally came up with a way to use it. I still have some yellow left over.

I cut and glued the yellow paper to a stiffer paper and pierced everything yesterday. Then started stitching but I didn’t like how it was turning out. So I pulled it out and will try again. I want to make a packed long stitch.
