transitional day

first of July
off work realigning with home life
for one day before heading to Vermont
dumping all the garden stakes and then
a little shopping, a little window washing,
a little website work, a little watercolor painting,
a little packing, a little (electronic) paperwork,
a little picking peas

uneasiness of the Hanged One
waiting for eternity
a thunderstorm arrives

Inspirational Artist of the day: Jude Hill. I’m in love with her work and with her words. I’ve adopted some of her usages like “just going,” “keepers,” and “moving through.” I want to create a fiber piece when I’ve settled down and have access to my cloth and supplies.
