hard to pronounce when screaming

New staff member, chatty, tells me why she’ll be out on Wednesday.
She has to appear in court, a victim of a robbery.
A woman grabbed her purse, and she pursued her on the street yelling “stop, thief!”
Then she realized “thief” was hard to pronounce when screaming, so she changed to “stop, robber!”
Present mind, and English second language.
