in the village,
do you encounter people on the street?
in the English village,
naked people with monstrous faces?
in the white north,
chanting lunatics?
in the humid south,
alligators are successful, polar bears are not.
Difficulties in the population.
I would have to ask, “in the small town, does anyone rise AFTER 6?” The south is a different place, and I find myself delighted at arising at 5:45 or so, so I can run before it gets above 70 degrees. Being home by 6:30 or 7 has its advantages.
