It would be a good day for some nice restful imagery. Instead I'm typing in pumpkin pie.
I heard some passionate speech today. It was in regards to a project I feel little or no passion about. I used to just fall for any old passionate speech, jump right on that bandwagon. Now I realize it's not my project, even though I'm integrally involved. I felt glum at first, but then I realized, oh, a lesson in passionate speech. You never know when you might be called upon to make one. I have a big big big negative black-hole event coming up on Sunday. I'm trying to think of ways to survive it and so far am unsuccessful. Decorative invention and tuning-out are not going to work in this case. I was listening to Coleman Barks read Rumi (November 5th) and I accidentally fell into an abyss. This coming abyss, I'm expecting it, how much difference will that make. PS I made a mistake. I typed hellow world. Ow world. And Yellow World. |
